How Thrive Works

STEP 1: Send us your customer list.

If you’re a business that doesn’t collect emails, fear not! We’ll set up review kiosks in your store for patrons to stop by and leave a quick review.

We can also connect automatically to your Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) or just about any other 3rd party application.

STEP 2:
Our done-for-you service takes care of everything else

  • We will help you determine what sites you should be getting reviews on, based on your specific industry.
  • We build landing pages asking clients to leave reviews.  View a sample page HERE.  Notice what happens if you click 1, 2 or 3 stars.
  • STOP Bad reviews – If the customer is NOT happy, we stop them from going directly to the review sites and give them the option to contact you directly.
  • Start campaign!  We then email and text customers asking for reviews!  We reach out to your customers very politely and with your permission, and we handle the management of your reviews.  It’s that simple.
